For each motorcycle, we create a detailed description, supported by clear photos and technical specifications. Additionally, we offer customers the opportunity to view the bike in person at one of our showrooms or via a video call. If desired, customers may also engage an independent expert or inspection service for an additional check.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the transport method chosen. Sea freight may take longer, typically 2-4 weeks, while air freight is faster but more expensive, usually taking 7-10 days. Truck transport within Europe can take around 5-7 days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when we arrange the shipment.

While we can provide all the necessary documents for customs clearance, the actual customs process must be handled locally in your country. We advise you to check with a customs agent or local authorities for specific requirements in your country. We are happy to assist in guiding you through the process if needed.

Rest assured, all of our shipments are fully insured, so our customers don’t need to worry about potential damage during transport. We take great care to ensure that each motorcycle is securely packed and shipped, but in the unlikely event that damage occurs, we will handle everything and ensure you are properly compensated.
